This role will lead our project team’s quality by coordinating development testing through the various environments to ensure defects and bugs are mitigated prior to code/package migration. This individual will direct work with their QA team members, while working closely with Lead and Senior Business architects, developers, as well as client QA teams to ensure constructed products match process and data mapping documentation. This individual will also need to coordinate with business and technical teams on documenting and capturing bugs and defects. This role will serve in both a virtual and on-site capacity and will require strategic leadership to help within the project team to ensure the business and technical requirements meet and exceed the business objectives. We are seeking individuals who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Technical discipline
• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and process mapping diagrams
• Experience with various software delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc.
• Experience writing User Stories to translate requirements and specifications for technical design teams
• Experience working with various delivery methodologies include Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc.
• Strategic way of thinking, and approaches solutions in a pragmatic method
• Experience with using tools such as Jira, Rally, ALM or Backlog to maintain bugs and defect records
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Has an openness and desire to learn new software and technologies
• Has some experience with running SQL queries
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Impeccable documentation preparation and maintenance
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors
