Business Architect


Job Description


This role will support our technical team with learning, capturing and translating operational business requirements. In addition, this role will serve as a direct conduit for driving client conversations with the assistance of a Senior or Lead Business Architect. You will work on-site or virtually as a part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture matches the customer requirements. We are seeking individuals who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Skills Required


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Technical discipline
  • 2 years of Healthcare experience preferred with one or more of the following operational functions:
  • Enrollment
  • Claims
  • Premium Billing
  • Care Management
  • Customer Service
  • Provider Network Management


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with various delivery methodologies include Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc.
  • Ability to create workflow and process mapping diagrams
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Familiar with JIRA, Backlog, Rally or ALM


Additional skills:

  • Pega
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
  • Azure
  • Java


Experience with Pega, Salesforce and ServiceNow is a plus, though not required.
