Elissa holds a Ph.D. is in Organization and Managment and a CSSMBB, CPBA, CSA and CISR Practitioner, with over three decades in process improvement, optimization and automation. Elissa has worked in financial and healthcare services both overseeing quality and process improvement initiatives, and leading others to optimize organizations through training and certification. Over the past decade, she has consulted in healthcare, manufacturing, education and non-profit organizations on strategy, operations, organizational development and optimization. Elissa is highly effective in elevating staff skills through training in areas of process improvement, Pega Business and Systems Architecture, and organizational development.
