Design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
2. 5 years of progressive experience or master’s degree with 3 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
3. Pega Senior System Architect certification
4. Experience with various Cloud platforms and technologies
5. Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfall
6. Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
8. Willingness to go the extra mile for the client
9. Dedication to a team-oriented environment with the ability to drive and lead by example
10. Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers, not just Pega.
