Quality Analyst


Job Description


This role will assist our project team with coordinating development testing through the various environments to ensure defects and bugs are mitigated prior to code/package migration. This individual will work close with Lead and Senior Business architects, developers, as well as client QA teams to ensure constructed products match process and data mapping documentation. In collaboration with Business Architects, this role will interpret user stories to create test scripts for execution. This individual will also need to coordinate with business and technical teams on documenting and capturing bugs and defects. We are seeking individuals who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Skills Required


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Technical discipline
  • 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in Healthcare


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and process mapping diagrams
  • Experience with various software delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc.
  • Experience writing User Stories to translate requirements and specifications for technical design teams
  • Experience working with various delivery methodologies include Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc.
  • Strategic way of thinking, and approaches solutions in a pragmatic method
  • Experience with using tools such as Jira, Rally, ALM or Backlog to maintain bugs and defect records
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Has an openness and desire to learn new software and technologies
  • Has some experience with running SQL queries
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Impeccable documentation preparation and maintenance
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors
