In Ryan's 14 years working within healthcare and insurance organizations he's helped lead business case and roadmap development, creation of customer experience programs, contact center solution design and implementation, and marketing technology strategy and implementations. When working with clients, Ryan looks to bring empathy to any engagement through listening and understanding while making use of personas, journey maps, and feedback loops where appropriate.
