Senior Business Architect


Job Description


This role will support our Technical and Design teams with designing and translating operation business requirements. This role will help provide direction to other key roles on the Project team, as well as assist Business Architects in leading business conversations at the direction of Lead Business Architects. This role will serve in both a virtual and on-site capacity and will require thought leadership to help within the project team to ensure the business and technical requirements meet the business objective. We are seeking individuals who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Skills Required


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Technical discipline
  • 5 years of Healthcare experience preferred with one or more of the following operational functions:
  • Enrollment
  • Claims
  • Premium Billing
  • Care Management
  • Customer Service
  • Provider Network Management


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with various delivery methodologies include Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall etc.
  • Ability to create workflow and process mapping diagrams
  • Ability to balance multiple deliverables while assisting business architects in gathering business requirements
  • Experience writing User Stories to translate requirements and specifications for technical design teams
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Familiar with JIRA, Backlog, Rally or ALM
