Shawn has honed his skills from his initial degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Drexel University and career with Four Seasons Hotels to his 13 years as a consultant with Accenture. Over the past decade with Kona Kai, Shawn has worked in many different industries including; Food Distribution, Software and Healthcare clients. He has led and managed multi-million-dollar programs for clients that includes budgeting, scheduling and financial tracking. Shawn is also certified as a Pega Business Architect and Six Sigma Institute Scrum Master to help ensure success in the programs delivered.
