Providing 'White Glove Service' to organizations affirms Shawn's commitment to customer service. Shawn has honed his skills from his initial degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Drexel University and career with Four Seasons Hotels to his 13 years as a consultant with Accenture. Over the past decade with Kona Kai, Shawn has worked in many different industries including; Food Distribution, Software and Healthcare clients. He has led and managed multi-million-dollar programs for clients that includes budgeting, scheduling and financial tracking. Shawn is also certified as a Pega Business Architect and Six Sigma Institute Scrum Master to help ensure success in the programs delivered.

Shawn enjoys spending free time with his wife and son. Traveling, cooking and cycling are passions outside of work. In addition to 5,000 miles outside on his bike, Shawn also teaches Spinning classes 2-3x per week.
